Wedding Colour Wednesday: Classic Black and White

There is nothing more classic for a wedding than black and white. It is elegant, sophisticated and perfect for evening weddings.

To add another level of elegance, add in gold as an accent colour. Adding in gold will take your colour palette to another level. A great way to add it in is with champagne for your guests, and gold accents on the cake.

For an even more classic wedding, opt for long bridesmaids dresses. This will add to the sophistication you are looking for with this timeless colour scheme.

There are a few benefits to going with a black and white colour palette:

1. Dressing your wedding party in black is definitely flattering. We all know that black is flattering for all figures, so this will certainly be a bonus.

2. It is timeless. You can't go wrong with these colours. You won't find yourself looking at your wedding pictures ten years from now wondering what the heck you were thinking. There is noting fad-like about black and white.

3. You won't have a difficult time finding decorations in your colour scheme because almost everything comes in either black, white or both.
