Wedding Colour Wednesday - Canary Yellow and Royal Blue

This week's Wedding Colour Wednesday features a fun and bright colour palette: canary yellow and royal blue.

I love this palette! It is refreshing, fun and not overdone. My favourite part about it is the brides shoes. I think it is amazing when the bride incorporates the colour into her shoes. Even if no one will see them but her, it is a fun way to spice up your day.

This is one colour palette that is hard to mess up! Not only are royal blue and canary yellow easy to find in terns of décor, many shades of blue and yellow will go together. You can add in different shades that will complement the palette, like the bride did with the groomsmen's ties. If you want to keep the palette crisp and clean, keep your hues bright.

In terms of seasons, this palette is best suited for bright summer weddings, especially if you are using bright hues.
